Shipping is calculated at the checkout.

As these items are a custom item, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns of Santa Sacks.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return an unopened packet of treats, we happily accept goods with 7 days of purchase. Courier costs of return are the responsibility of the customer.

All other returns, exchanges or refunds are in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

How to care for Christmas

If your doggo is just a bit slobbery and gets grime all over their Santa Sack, simply follow these instructions:

1. Gently brush any excess dirt off of the bag.

2. Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent.

3. Lay flat to dry.

Do not tumble dry. Do not dryclean. Do not use abrasive techniques or chemicals.
